FOR BEGINNERS
Reminder:
- Start with 4 hours on the first day and increase by 2 hours each day.
- Wear the lens for no more than 10-12 hours at a time. Do not wear the lens to sleep.
- If you wear it after stopping for a long time, it is recommended to re-adapt according to the first wearing time

Wearing Instructions
Before Wearing
STEP 1. WASH HANDS
Always wash your hands thoroughly with a mild soap, rinse carefully and dry before touching your contact lenses.
STEP 2. RINSE
Place 2-3 drops of a fresh solution and rub both sides of the contact lenses. Rinse contact lens with a fresh solution before and after each use.
STEP 3. CHECK THE SHAPE OF CONTACT LENS
Ensure the contact lens has not turned inside out. If contact lens is inside out, it will make you feel uncomfortable and will move around when you blink.
How to wear
STEP 1. OPEN YOUR EYES WIDELY
Gently hold your upper eyelid with one finger and carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your other fingers.
STEP 2. PLACE YOUR CONTACT LENS ON YOUR EYES
Toward your eye steadily. Look upward as you place contact lenses on your eye, and slowly release your eyelid.
STEP 3. ADJUST CONTACT LENS POSITION
Close your eye for a moment. Blink several times and look left and right side slowly to adjust the contact lens to the correct position.
How to remove
STEP 1. SLIDE THE CONTACT LENS DOWN
Look at the mirror and check the contact lens. Using your index finger slowly slide the contact lens down to the lower white part of your eye.
STEP 2. GENTLY PINCH OUT
Gently Pinch the contact lens between your thumb and index finger and remove it.
