** Why is the color I wear different from the color on the website?

  • Lenses may vary in color and look different due to variables such as light, camera lens filters, surrounding color, original eye color/eye shape/makeup. These situations are acceptable.

** What’s the difference between 1-day, 1-month, 6-months and 1-year lenses?

  • 1-Day lenses are designed for single use — perfect for hygiene, convenience, and travel.
  • 1-Month lenses are reusable for up to 30 days with proper cleaning and storage.
  • 6months & 1-Year lenses are more cost-effective long-term options, provided you maintain them correctly. Your choice depends on your lifestyle, usage frequency, and comfort preferences.

** Are colored contact lenses safe for everyday wear?

Yes. All lenses sold at Olola are certified by recognized safety standards (FDA, CE, ISO, GMP). When used as directed, they’re completely safe for daily use. Always follow cleaning and replacement guidelines to maintain eye health.

** Do Olola lenses come with vision correction (prescription)?

Absolutely! Most of our collections are available in both Plano (0.00) and prescription powers. You can select your prescription before adding to cart. If you’re unsure, consult your optometrist for your latest prescription details.

** How do I choose the best color for my skin tone or natural eye color?

  • Light skin tones: try GrayBlue, or Hazel
  • Medium tones: go for BrownGreen, or Beige
  • Deeper tones: experiment with BlackGray, or Beige for a striking, natural look.
Our curated Korean designs ensure every shade blends seamlessly, avoiding the artificial “flat lens” look.

**Can I wear colored lenses if I don’t need vision correction?

Yes! Non-prescription (Plano) lenses are available in all major colors. They offer the same comfort and breathability as prescription versions, just without vision correction.

** My eyes feel dry when I wear lenses — what can I do?

Dryness is often due to overwear or lack of moisture. We recommend:

  • Using sterile rewetting drops formulated for contacts.
  • Avoiding wearing lenses for longer than recommended.
  • Choosing daily lenses if you have sensitive or dry eyes, as they stay cleaner and more hydrated.

** How long can I wear lenses in a day?

Typically,8–10 hours is ideal. If you have dry or sensitive eyes, consider shorter wear times. Always remove lenses before sleeping unless they are explicitly marked for extended wear.

** What’s the correct way to clean and store my lenses?

Use only contact lens solution (never tap water) to clean and store lenses.

  • Wash hands before handling lenses.
  • Rinse both sides gently with solution.
  • Store in a clean lens case filled with fresh solution daily. Proper hygiene ensures your lenses remain safe and comfortable.

** Are colored lenses suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes, especially Korean-made lenses like O Lola’s, designed with high water content and breathable materials(e.g., HEMA and silicone hydrogel). Always start with shorter wear times to test comfort, and consult an eye professional if irritation occurs.

** What should I do if my lenses feel uncomfortable or blurry?

Remove them immediately. Check for damage, debris, or inside-out placement. Rinse with solution and reinsert. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult an eye doctor before wearing again.

** Can I wear makeup with colored lenses?

Yes, but follow this order:

  1. Insert lenses before applying makeup.
  2. Remove lenses before removing makeup. Use water-based or hypoallergenic products to prevent irritation.
